How do I shop this website?
We have organized the little bluestem baby website by easy to navigate categories. Once you have selected the category you would like to shop, you will see fabric “swatches.” Click on a swatch to see what products we currently have available in that fabric. Once you place an item in the shopping cart, you can select colors, sizes, etc.

Mail Orders
We are not currently set up for mail orders! If you would prefer to mail payment, email us or give us call at 785.840.5689. We'll help you out!
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Electronic Check Processing.
Payment and Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in Kansas, the state where we are located. Sales tax will be automatically calculated at Check Out.
When Will My Order Arrive?
little bluestem baby products are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited editions. This means your order is being made especially for you!
When you're shopping, look for the phrase "this item is ready to ship" next to the buy button. These items are already made, in stock, and will ship within two business days. For all other products, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive (although we strive to ship much faster than that).

International Orders
little bluestem baby does not currently ship internationally. If you have any questions, please email us.
Security and Privacy
little bluestem baby will never share or exchange your personal information with anyone. Sign up for e-mails of previews, promotions and sales!
Shipping Methods
We generally ship FedEx Ground. Once shipped, packages take 3-5 business days to arrive. All packages are shipped insured.
Returns and Exchanges
little bluestem baby accepts returns within 30 working days of the shipping date. Unless the product is damaged, returns are for exchange only. Freight and handling charges on returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser. little bluestem baby is not responsible for lost or mis-delivered items on returns. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
little bluestem baby cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail locations. Retail locations and third parties cannot accept returns for purchases made through our website.
Email us for our return address. Please allow two to four weeks to receive your exchange.
Damages
Although we package your orders carefully, sometimes damages occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please notify both little bluestem at 785.840.5689 or by email and the carrier immediately (within five days), keeping the package for inspection. We'll help you get things resolved quickly!
